 The North shore of Oahu is arguably the greatest testing ground for any surfer wanting to prove their mettle and confront their greatest fears. As a surfer and photographer it is also one of the most  incredible places to shoot. While many surfers are focussed purely on the waves at hand, I like to show the context for their ride. Freezing their dance amidst a swirl of colors, clouds and exploding water, the ride seems more fantasy than fear.
